Twenty years in search. One system that never shipped.
I have spent twenty years in search and growth. I watched Google's first big penalty waves reshape entire industries, and I have been on the inside of moments most consultants only read about.
Before ChatGPT existed, I was acquihired for half a million dollars. The system I wanted to build back then was simple to describe and brutal to execute: find every creator, publisher, community, and business worth reaching in a niche, from one place, and manage the outreach like a pipeline instead of a spreadsheet graveyard.
Then AI turned software upside down. The company that acquired me got disrupted along with everyone else. And the part that made the system brutal to execute, the endless integration and glue work, is exactly what AI agents are best at. So I am building it now, in public. You can look over my shoulder the whole way.
